Adding a back-up credit card
To add a back-up credit card (in case your primary card fails), first click on the ‘my account’ tab then ‘credit card’. Next, click on the ‘add new card’ button and fill in your card details. Click the ‘save card’ button to add the back-up card to your account.
Your monthly tax invoices are available to view or download in pdf format at any time. To do this, click on the ‘my account’ tab in the advertiser dashboard. Next, click the ‘invoice history’ tab to see a list of all available invoices. Click ‘view invoice’ from the drop-down menu to either open or save a particular invoice.
Receiving invoices by email
To receive your OMG tax invoices by email, click the ‘my account’ tab in the advertiser dashboard. On the ‘account details’ page, check the box for ‘receive invoices by email’ and then click the ‘save account details’ button.
To change your account details, click on ‘account details’ in the ‘my account’ tab in the advertiser dashboard. Edit your business name, address and contact details and click the ‘save account details’ button to save your changes.
If you forget your account password you can click on the ‘forgot password’ link. A box will pop up asking you to enter the email address you signed up with. Click the ‘submit’ button and an email containing your password will be immediately sent to you.
