Customer Comments

We recently launched Customer Comments, a feature which allows visitors to post comments about businesses that appear in our directories. People who are personally familiar with a business are invited to rate that business and leave a comment that reflects the rating.
We post positive comments by default and put the onus on business owners to publish comments that are deemed negative. Businesses are sent an email whenever a comment is made about their listing and they can manage their comments by logging in to their account.
We are very excited about this feature and have already published hundreds of comments from people who are keen to share their experiences with Australian businesses. Customer Comments provide great value for both visitors to our sites and the businesses being commented on.
